The Meeting Has Moved
Un’e-mail al team: una nuova data, una nuova sala e una richiesta.
Una breve e-mail dall’ufficio. Il Present Perfect dice che cosa è appena cambiato (has moved, have booked); will dice che cosa succede dopo. Leggi prima l’oggetto: rivela già la cosa più importante.
Hi everyone,
I am writing about our team meeting. Paul is ill this week, so I have moved the meeting from Tuesday to Thursday. It will start at ten, as usual, and it should not take longer than an hour.
Room four is not free on Thursday, so I have booked the small room on the second floor. It has a screen, but there are only eight chairs. If you need a chair, please bring one from your own office.
Could you send me your short report by Wednesday evening? I will put all the reports together and share them before the meeting. That way we can use the hour for questions.
Thanks, and see you on Thursday,
Sara
