비행기가 결항되면
A passenger’s flight is cancelled because of a typhoon, and an airline employee explains the options.
At an airline counter. The employee speaks in formal -(스)ㅂ니다 with honorifics; the passenger is polite but under pressure. Notice the passive -게 되다 / -아/어지다, and -는 바람에 (because something went wrong).
저기요, 방금 안내 방송을 들었는데요. 오후 네 시 비행기가 정말 결항된 건가요?
