Getting around

Buses, trains and taxis, and the words for using them.

In Korean you ride a bus as the object of the verb: 버스를 타요, “I ride the bus”, and you get off from it: 버스에서 내려요. Subway lines have numbers, said with the Sino-Korean numbers, and so do station exits — in Seoul, “come out of exit 3”, 삼 번 출구로 나오세요, is how people give directions.
