Type a word in your language or in one you are learning here. The results come from our word lists — each with its word class, level and the topic it belongs to.
How to find more
- You can leave out accents and umlauts: “cafe” finds “café”, “Zuge” and “Zuege” find “Züge”.
- Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Hindi can be found in their own script and in romanisation: “densha”, “huoche”, “gicha”, “ghar”.
- Open a result for the example sentence, the note, the forms of a verb, the plural of a noun — and a button that puts the word on your list to practise.
- Everything comes from this site’s own word lists, nothing from an outside service. What you search for never leaves your device.
