Orders, deliveries, returns and the small print of buying things.
The vocabulary of buying as a consumer: online orders, deliveries, returns and the small print. Much of it is Sino-Korean and comes in families: 상품, 제품, 품질 and 품절 all share 품, goods. Two pairs are worth keeping apart: 교환 is swapping an item for another and 반품 sending it back; 할부 is paying in instalments and 일시불 paying all at once.
