Das Vorstellungsgespräch

A job interview, from the corridor to the phone call two days later.

The vocabulary of applying for a job, and reported speech. What the manager asked and what Julia answered is passed on in the subjunctive I — warum sie die Stelle wechseln wolle, dass sie neue Aufgaben suche, das sei möglich —, which is how written German reports what somebody said without vouching for it.
