文化祭の準備
A first-year member of the anime club tells the club leader that the festival pictures will not be ready in time.
A conversation between a senior and a junior student. Haruto, the junior, speaks politely with です・ます and 〜んです; Saki, the senior, answers in plain style. Listen for how a problem is explained with 〜んですが.
先輩、文化祭の準備のことで相談があるんですが、今いいですか。
うん、いいよ。どうしたの？
部活で教室に飾る絵なんですが、まだ半分しかできていないんです。締め切りまであと一週間なのに……
そうか。全部で何枚の予定だったっけ？
二十枚です。部員が五人なので、一人四枚ずつかくことにしたんです。でも、二人がテストで忙しくて。
なるほど。じゃあ、数を減らすのはどう？十五枚でも教室はいっぱいになるよ。
でも、みんな楽しみにしているので、できれば減らしたくないんです。
それなら、こうしよう。私も三枚かく。それから、去年の絵も何枚か使おう。去年来てくれた人も、懐かしいって喜ぶと思う。
いいですね！それなら間に合いそうです。
