The Intern
A summer internship at an online shop, a wrong address and the sentence that made it into a notebook.
A story about a mistake at work. 不管……都…… says “whatever …, always …”, and 没有……，而是…… sets what did not happen against what did instead.
小周大学还没毕业，暑假在一家网店实习。带她的是李姐，一个在这儿工作了八年的老员工。第一天，李姐对她说：“在这儿，不管你做什么，都要先想清楚再做。”
第一个星期，小周学得很快。她会回答顾客的问题，也会处理订单。李姐常常表扬她。
第二个星期的一天下午，网店特别忙。一位顾客买了二十个杯子，要求星期五以前送到。小周太着急了，把地址写错了一个字。两天以后，顾客打来电话，很生气地问：“我的杯子呢？”
小周吓坏了。她本来想说是快递的问题，可是最后还是告诉了李姐：是她自己写错了。李姐没有批评她，而是马上给顾客打电话道歉，又重新寄了一次。
晚上下班的时候，李姐对她说：“谁都会犯错误。重要的是，犯了错误要马上说出来，这么做，问题才不会越来越大。”小周把李姐说的写在了本子的第一页上。
