找房与租房
从看房源到交钥匙。
找房子是你第一次不是为了聊天、而是为了办成一件事而说英语的场合，听错一个词就可能多花钱。deposit 是押金，notice 是提前通知（退租的预告期），bills included 决定房租里是否已经包含水电煤等费用。广告里的形容词也要会读：cosy 往往是“小”的委婉说法，spacious 才是真宽敞。还要记住几个成对的短语动词：move in 搬进，move out 搬出，hand over 交接。
