Źle I live in a hotel until my flat is finished.
Dobrze I am living in a hotel until my flat is finished.
Łatwo kierować się tylko tym, czy coś dzieje się w tej sekundzie, i przeoczyć drugą połowę reguły: tymczasowość. Zdanie I am living in Berlin jest poprawne także wtedy, gdy akurat nie ma cię w domu — mówi, że to stan przejściowy.
