Bankada bir sorun
A bill is paid twice, and Ahmet Bey goes to the bank.
A text with the passive: ödenmişti “had been paid”, fazla ödenen para “the money that was paid too much”. The passive is the -n- in the middle of the verb: öde-n-di, where English needs “was” and a participle. Watch bakınca “when he looked” and çıkarken “on the way out” as well — two converbs that replace a whole clause.
