A common trap

Wrong Quero ver-o amanhã.

Right Quero vê-lo amanhã.

The hyphen is not decoration. Without it two words become one that does not exist: chamome is in no dictionary. And hanging the pronoun on an -r without turning it into lo gives ver-o, which is not a word either. Both mistakes come from the same place — English attaches nothing to a verb ever, so there is no instinct saying that the join has to be spelt.

Object pronouns: o, a, lhe
