Chinese for travelling

Metro, hotel, market and restaurant: the Chinese that gets you through a day on the road.

33 sentences · 3 dialogues · 18 words

Why this field

Outside international hotels, English goes less far in China than many travellers expect. A handful of sentences — asking the way, ordering, paying — make a trip far easier.

Travel Chinese is also a gentle start: short sentences, few grammatical endings, and situations that repeat every day.
