Reading a German newspaper, watching the news, and the words for judging whether either can be trusted.

This is the vocabulary of following the news in German, and it divides into two halves. One half names the things — a paper, a channel, a headline, a report. The other half is about judging them: a source, a piece of research, whether something is glaubwürdig. The second half is the more useful, because it is what lets a reader say why they believe one account and not another, and it is exactly the vocabulary a language exam asks for at this level.
