投保、解约、出险后报案。
合同里一个词就能改变金额。excess 在这里不是“过量”，而是免赔额（自己先承担的那部分）；cover 不是“盖子”，而是保险保障；cooling-off period 也不是“冷却期”那么简单，而是可以无理由撤销合同的期限；premium 在这里不是“高档”，而是保费。这份词表收的，就是签字之前读懂一份文件所需要的词。还要注意，合同英语大量使用被动语态：the flat is insured、storm damage is excluded，读的时候要看清谁对谁负责。
