酒店与住宿
订房、入住，以及说清楚哪里不对。
在酒店里，很多话都是固定的套语，而且比想象的短：I have a reservation under …（我用……的名字订了房），Could I have a wake-up call at seven?（七点能叫醒我吗？），Is breakfast included?（含早餐吗？）。掌握这三个句型，住哪家酒店都没问题；要投诉的话，只要在前面加上 There is a problem with …（……有问题）。
