A common trap

Wrong Dicami tutto, signora.

Right Mi dica tutto, signora.

The polite form does the opposite of the familiar one. Where dimmi welds the pronoun on the back, mi dica puts it in front, and dicami does not exist. The reason is not a rule about imperatives: the polite form is a subjunctive, and in a subjunctive the pronoun always stands in front of the verb.
