孩子与教育
从尿布到家长会。
这个领域小陷阱特别多。to bring up 是“抚养、教育”，不是“拿上来”；dummy 在英国是安抚奶嘴，不是“笨蛋”；kindergarten 在美国指上小学前的一年学前班，相当于中文“幼儿园”的英式说法是 nursery。另外，中文“教育”一个词身兼两职：家里管教孩子是 upbringing 或 to bring up，学校的教育是 education。英式和美式英语在这里差别尤其大，凡是有差别的地方都已注明。
