预约，并说清楚要剪掉多少。
在理发店，几乎一切都靠说“多少”和一个小词 just：just a trim（稍微修一下）、just the ends（只剪发梢）、just a little shorter（再短一点点）。会了这个说法，不用比划也能说清楚；不会的话，回家时可能顶着一个自己没想要的发型。另一句最管用的话是 Could you leave it a bit longer at the back?（后面能留长一点吗？）。注意 hair 指“头发”时不可数：My hair is long.，不说 My hairs are long.。
