Ordering, tracking, sending back — and getting the money.
El derecho de desistimiento is the sentence worth learning whole. Desistir is to give up a claim, and the noun names the right every buyer in the European Union has to change their mind within fourteen days, without giving a reason. It is not the same as la garantía, which covers a fault, and not the same as a shop's own returns policy, which may be more generous but is voluntary. The phrase appears in every order confirmation and in almost no language course.
