More about this list

In Poland smog is an everyday word: in winter the weather app tells you how bad the air is, and many towns are replacing old coal stoves. The material adjectives in -owy and -any are what you need for sorting rubbish: plastikowy, papierowy, szklany. Jednorazowy and wielorazowy mean “single-use” and “reusable”. And if you want to do something, you “take care of the environment”: dbać o środowisko.
