At a hotel you ask for a tek kişilik or a çift kişilik oda — literally a “one-person” and a “two-person room”. Whether breakfast is included, dahil says: kahvaltı dahil mi? Checking in and out are giriş yapmak and çıkış yapmak. And if you get seasick on the ferry, Turkish makes the sea the one who did it: beni deniz tuttu, “the sea grabbed me”.
