The body
The parts of the body, from head to toe.
Korean describes a person by naming a part of the body and saying something about it: 저는 눈이 커요 is “I have big eyes”, literally “as for me, the eyes are big”. The same pattern says where it hurts: 머리가 아파요, “my head hurts”. Two words to watch: 눈 is both the eye and snow, and 다리 is both a leg and a bridge.
