More about this list
A Polish adjective always agrees with its noun, even after być: Piotr jest leniwy, Ania jest leniwa, dziecko jest leniwe. For men in the plural the sound before the ending often changes — this is the masculine personal form: mądry → mądrzy, bogaty → bogaci, cichy → cisi. For women, things and animals it stays simple: mądre kobiety, bogate kraje.
