A common trap

Wrong Conosco lo molto bene.

Right Lo conosco molto bene.

The pronoun goes in front of the verb, not after it. Conosco lo is English word order in Italian words and does not make a sentence. It goes behind only on an infinitive, an imperative and an -ando form — and then joined on, with no space, as one word.

Direct object pronouns: lo, la
