Education and school
The stages of school and university, and the days that mark them.
The school names are built in a row: 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교 — primary, middle, high and university — and the Korean school year starts in March, not September. Watch the verbs: you go to a school with 다니다 (학교에 다녀요, "I attend school"), while you enter and leave it with 입학하다 and 졸업하다.
