More about this list

This list holds what is needed everywhere and belongs nowhere in particular. Watch the words English speakers easily misuse: de tijd is “time”, but het tijdschrift is a magazine; het werkis “work” as an activityde baanis a job A few look just like English and behave differently: de les is a lesson or class, and de keer is “time” in the sense of “once”, “twice”, not the clock.
