More about this list

In a Dutch office people mostly say je to each other, even to the boss. A meeting has an agenda, de agenda — which is also the ordinary Dutch word for a diary — and at the end the minutes, de notulen. Many expressions come from English: de deadline. But het overleg is Dutch and means “consultation, a talk together”. Even overleggen is what you say before you decide something.
